Today we welcomed our 2026 Year 7 students to the College for their orientation day.
Students had the opportunity to listen to some of our current Year 7 students in a Q & A panel, they broke up into Peer Support groups for some ice breaker activities, learnt about the "Aquinas Ways", the importance of faith and religious education, played a few games and enjoyed a BBQ lunch.
We look forward to seeing you in 2026!

This afternoon our Year 7-10 Newman students had the opportunity to showcase their engagement and enriched learning in their subjects at our annual Newman Symposium.
The Newman Program uses a whole-school approach to gifted education; with differentiated curriculum, enrichment opportunities, and specialized teacher training to challenge academically capable students.
Thank you to all the family and friends who attended the Symposium to celebrate the exceptional achievements of our Newman students (Red classes) and special thanks to Mrs Pritchard for facilitating the program.

Special thanks to our amazing Sydney Catholic Schools music tutors and Dr Gough for overseeing this most valuable program.

Yesterday we celebrated students who completed this year's Principal's Reading Challenge.
By challenging themselves to read across diverse categories, they have actively expanded their literacy skills and established a lifelong love of reading. All successful participants received a certificate of completion, a celebratory pizza lunch and there was a prize draw; with lucky students winning vouchers.
Thank you to Mr Clancy for his support of this wonderful program, alongside Mrs Wells for her coordination of the challenge and the support of our English teachers & Mrs Bagnall.
